• Modesty Requirement: No photos or videos of women or girls over the age of 9 are permitted. All individuals depicted—including men and boys—must be dressed modestly. Content that does not comply with this requirement will be removed.
• Content must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material
• Users retain ownership of their content but grant Camp Yid a license to display and distribute it on our platform
• Camp Yid reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines

4. Listing Disclaimer

Important: Camp Yid does not recommend, endorse, or affiliate with any of the vendors or listings on our platform. We serve as a directory to connect camps with vendors. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any vendor.

• Camp Yid does not verify the accuracy of vendor claims
• Camp Yid is not responsible for the quality of services provided by vendors
• Any agreements made between users and vendors are solely between those parties
• Camp Yid reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove any listing at any time to ensure compliance with our content guidelines, maintain platform quality, or align with our vision and standards

5. Payment Terms

For paid features and subscriptions:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the platform
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Scrape or collect data without authorization

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of Camp Yid shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
