REF-REG is a camp and programme management platform built by a camp medical practitioner who has worked on camps for over a decade, for camps that take the health and safety of their chanichim seriously. Parents register their children online, fill in medical, allergy and medication details, and pay the camp directly in one place. Madrichim (counsellors) apply through their own portal, and your hanhala (administrative staff) approves everyone from one dashboard. What makes REF-REG different is the camp clinic. Your doctors and medics get full medical records, consultation notes, medication rounds, a dispensary with stock control, appointment booking and outbreak tracking. Allergy, kashrut and dietary alerts reach the right people automatically. It also covers transport and flights, rooming, shichvot (age groups) and groups, tiyulim (outings) and on-camp activities, live roll calls, parent messaging, financial assistance and reporting. RFID wristband integration and integration with camp security and access control mean you always know who is on site and where. Every staff member only sees what their role needs, so medical information stays private. The system is independently security tested and runs on web, iPhone, iPad and Android.
